With Palantir as your preferred partner, you can choose to partially or fully outsource the vessel IT support of the Customized solution as a managed service.

In a managed service delivery, we will manage the day to day support towards the vessels according to an agreed SLA including committed response and resolution times. Included are also management and distribution of Windows updates to the server- and client operating systems.

If Palantir is supplying the hardware to the implementations, support calls to the third party provider will also be included in the managed service.
